Returns

Though we highly doubt that you'd want to return our fabulous hair, we do understand that sometimes situations arise. If for any reason you want to return your Luxe Couture Extensions, we do extend a five (5) day timeframe to mail your extensions back for a full refund, minus the cost of all shipping charges. In order for hair to be eligible for a return hair MUST be unused and in the original packaging. Please note, hair cannot be altered in any way. This means, but is not limited to: altering your hair chemically (this includes coloring, straightening, curling treatments), altering your hair mechanically (this includes blow drying, flat ironing, or curling), installing your hair extensions, or cutting the hair or the wefts.

 

Replacements

We take great pride in our product and want our customers to be 100% satisfied. Enclosed with every order are instructions to test your hair bundles shedding, tangling, and texture. We ask that this test is done prior to installing your extensions. After installation, since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be resolved by implementing a good hair care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we would like to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within (5) five calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. We will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to LUXE COUTURE. If LUXE COUTURE verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, LUXE COUTURE will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. LUXE COUTURE will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If LUXE COUTURE does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product.

Products purchased through our New Product program can not be returned or exchanged, nor will they be replaced. Strictly, all sales through this program are final.
